Starting today, the Biocat Corporate Headquarters will be located on the third floor of passeig de Gràcia, 103 (next to Palau Robert) in Barcelona. Biocat’s offices have been located at the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation (FCRI), on passeig Lluís Companys, since the end of 2006. This organization, now called Talència, the new agency to drive research in Catalonia, is expanding and needs all available space in their building. So, Biocat has found a new location.

Biocat will still have access to their facilities at the Colet Museum, thanks to an agreement signed with the Catalan Ministry of Sport, where many events and scientific meetings organized by this group are held throughout the year.

The Biocat team is currently made up of 23 people, including the group that works in the Technical Project Office for the bid for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology’s (EIT) Healthcare KIC, plus a number of external collaborators.
