This conference will discuss the development of a medical device, from idea generation to reach the market, through the definition of functional requirements, design, prototyping, technical and clinical verification, industrialization, manufacture, the quality management and risk monitoring of market, regulatory affairs, patent strategy and fundraising. It will focus on the stage of prototyping and product specification requirements of the market before carrying out major investments in later phases as industrialization and manufacturing. The roundtable will feature manufacturers of medical devices and services required in the development process.

The language of the event will be catalan or spanish, depending on the speaker.
