This is the Catalan fund’s third investment in a company, after Phyture Biotech and Enemce Pharma, since it was created in 2011.

Scientists from the supercomputing arena around the world can submit applications through 7 October. Each grant can be for a maximum of €3,000 per person.

Most of the competitive calls for companies and public bodies will be opened in the third and fourth quarters of 2013.

One hundred private investors from the IESE network will hear the projects on 27 June under the framework of the MIHealth international clinical innovation congress at the Fira de Barcelona.
