On February 14 will take place the official presentation of CRAASH Barcelona, a new initiative of Biocat, a 12-week program that helps European research teams launch successful device, diagnostic and e-/digital health innovations to improve health and patient care.
Teams move research to market through mentoring from experts at CIMIT (Boston), the most experienced health accelerator in the world. In 15 years, CIMIT has successfully accelerated over 600 healthtech projects, doubled the rate of successful commercialization and cut the time to next phase by more than half. Teams will also validate their problem-solution and solution-market fit in some of the top healthcare ecosystems in US (Boston) and Europe (Barcelona, Paris, Delft).
CRAASH Barcelona is an EIT Health bootcamp, the largest healthcare network in Europe, and it is organized by Biocat in collaboration with CIMIT. It is one of the flagship programs of Moebio, Biocat’s acceleration and innovation initiative.
Personalities from the Boston ecosystem, the European EIT Health consortium and the BioRegion of Catalonia will take part at the event.
The presentation will be in Catalan, except the CIMIT and EIT Health presentations which will be in English.
