This year 2018, the ONCO Emergence Forum is held on June 21 and 22 in Barcelona organized by Biocat. Check the webpage for more information.
ONCO Emergence Forum is a networking conference focused on creating multidisciplinary consortia, networks and collaborative projects in Oncology, able to apply European Commission and bilateral calls. The Forum is addressed to researchers, post-grad students, hospital staff, project managers, entrepreneur and company representatives among others. The entrance to the Forum is free for all the activities.
The initiative is part of the European project Onconet Sudoe, co-financed by the Interreg Sudoe program and with Biocat as a member, which was created with the aim of building a permanent network of excellence in oncology through the mobilization of health actors in the health field in southwestern Europe in relation to prevention, diagnosis, care and translational research.
ONCO Emergence Forum is scheduled to be held in Barcelona in 2018 with the organization of Biocat.
Topics:
> Keynotes: Patrice Denèfle, Director of the institute of research and transnational medicine, will launch the event.
> Round table: In the session three different experts will discuss access to biobank and biological samples in Europe.
> Matchmaking: A space that will promote the opportunity to start contacts in pre-arranged meetings during the two days of the event, thanks to the web-based platform which allows you to identify all the professionals attending to the event and send meeting requests.
