4YFN is the startup event of the world’s largest exhibition for the mobile industry, MWC events, supporting start-ups, investors and companies to connect and launch new business ventures together.

Last 2019 edition brought together 23,000 attendees, 760 exhibitors and sponsors, including 670 startups, and 950 investors. The program counted with +160 hours of content and 300+ startup pitches as well as 24 hours of bespoke networking alternatives.

The next 4YFN —the MWC event that supports start-ups, investors and companies to connect and launch new business ventures together— will take place on February 24-26, 2020 at Fira de Barcelona. For the first time, the healthcare vertical will be located in an exclusive area: the HEALTH & WELLNESS HUB ZONE, with all the health start-ups and institutions. This year, more than 50 catalan companies from the health sector will attend the fair.


Biocat along with Barcelona Tech CityCataloniaBio&HealthTech and Startup Catalonia will have two corners for 18 health startups in the HEALTH & WELLNESS HUB (H2.C60 and H2.C30). The 18 companies selected are the following:

In addition, Biocat will co-ordinate with ACCIÓ various activities, ranging from workshops to an exhibition space in the ACCIÓ space (H1.E30).
