Last 2019 edition brought together 23,000 attendees, 760 exhibitors and sponsors, including 670 startups, and 950 investors. The program counted with +160 hours of content and 300+ startup pitches as well as 24 hours of bespoke networking alternatives.
After last year's event was cancelled due to Covid-19, this year 4YFN21 was held in person from June 28 to July 1 at Fira Gran Via. This year, 4YFN and the Mobile World Congress (MWC) were held together for the first time, simultaneously in the same space on the same days, maximizing connections and interaction among startups, investors and international technology companies.
Given the health sector's growing interest and potencial, the exhibition had a differentiated Digital Health area, where there was a pavilion for the BioRegion of Catalonia, promoted jointly by Biocat, ACCIÓ (Startup Catalonia), Barcelona Tech City and CataloniaBio & HealthTech.
