The 18th edition of BIO-Europe Spring (BES) returns from March 18-20, 2024 in Barcelona. For the fourth time, the city will host the most important conference held in Europe for the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
BIO-Europe Spring, the annual conference for the biotech, pharmaceutical, and financial industry specializing in life sciences and healthcare was held in person from 20-22 March in Basel, Switzerland.
BIO-Europe Spring (BES), the largest partnering event in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and financial industries specializing in life sciences at the European level, took place in digital format this year from 28 to 31 March. The 2022 edition brought together more than 2,197 participants from more than 50 different countries.

On March 25, 26 and 27, 2019, the 13th edition of the conference was held in Vienna, which brought together more than 2,570 delegates from 55 different countries.
It was held in 2018 from 12 to 14 March in Amsterdam (Holland) and brought together more than 2,400 participants from more than 1,400 companies from 55 different countries.
