One of Biocat’s main goals is to strengthen the BioRegion of Catalonia, to help the biocluster take a qualitative leap forward both nationally and internationally. This is why Biocat is working on a series of strategic projects on different levels.
EIT Health, Biocat’s commitment to Europe, is a program devoted to innovation in health and its impact on improving quality of life.
Biocat is also coordinating the RIS3CAT community: "NEXTHEALTH: Multidisciplinary solutions for the coming challenges in health" in order to tackle the main health-related challenges in Catalonia, from knowledge to market access.
The European EIT Health project is a consortium with nodes in Barcelona, Paris, London, Rotterdam, Stockholm and Heidelberg committed to innovation in health and its impact on improving quality of life.
Biocat is coordinating the community: "NEXTHEALTH: Multidisciplinary solutions for the coming challenges in health" in order to tackle the main health-related challenges, focusing on improving innovation in healthcare, general quality of life and the arrival of innovation to the market.
