InnoMed Catalyst

InnoMedCatalyst is a project funded by the European Interregional Innovation Investments Instrument (I3) – call I3-2023-CAP2b, and driven by a consortium of regions with different levels of development that collaborate to accelerate digital health innovation across Europe. The project is based on several strategic pillars that help identify needs, foster collaborations, and pave the way for new investments in personalised medicine.
 

The main lines of action are:

• Analysis of the regional value chain in digital precision medicine, applying the concept of 5P Medicine (Predictive, Preventive, Personalised, Participatory and Evidence-Based).

• Design of roadmaps for innovative regional ecosystems, tailored to each territory’s capacities and priorities.

• Training and collaboration programmes, such as Peer Learning and Twinning, to exchange knowledge and best practices between regions.

• 5P Precision Medicine Accelerator, providing direct support to startups and innovative projects to boost their maturity and scalability.

• Innovation Network Platform – Life Sciences Open Space, to connect key stakeholders and facilitate knowledge exchange at the European level.

• Interregional Investment Project Portfolio, designed to attract funding and ensure the continuity and sustainability of the developed initiatives.
