Barcelona Health Innovation Week 2026. Fourth edition
From February 16 to 20, 2026, Biocat organized, as part of the presentation of the 2025 BioRegion Report, the 4 edition of the Barcelona Health Innovation Week, a week dedicated to innovation, acceleration, technology, and transformation in the health sector.
The event brought together experts and professionals from the sector in a varied program that combined conferences, roundtables, talks, webinars, and networking activities. Throughout the week, BioRegion entities led various initiatives showcasing both the latest advances in life and health sciences and the strength and potential of the ecosystem.

52 sector organizations hosted a total of 56 activities in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, bringing together hundreds of professionals from the field.
The agenda of Barcelona Health Innovation Week 2026, promoted by Biocat, highlighted the richness, diversity, and dynamism of the life sciences and health ecosystem in Catalonia.
Among the most discussed topics were digital health, artificial intelligence applied to healthcare, advanced therapies, regulation, and scientific research, demonstrating both the potential and the vitality of the ecosystem based in Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
