Presentation of the Network of Advanced Therapies of Catalonia

On the 10th of June, the presentation of the Network of Advanced Therapies of Catalonia will be held, a project coordinated by Biocat with the aim of promoting the research, manufacture and development of these therapies, to make them accessible to citizens in an agile, efficient and sustainable way. At the same time, it wants to contribute to internationally positioning the BioRegió de Catalunya as one of the main European hubs in this field.

The Network is made up of companies and research entities that work, provide services and/or have experience in the research or development of these therapies. So far, the participating members are the following:

• Get to know the capabilities, knowledge and services offered by the ecosystem. 
• Establish connections with other member agents. 
• Promote public-private collaborations. 
• Benefit from different international initiatives that Biocat can attract/capture in the field of advanced therapies. 
• Participate in the different initiatives launched from the Hub.

In 2022, the Government of the Generalitat entrusted the coordination of the creation of the Network of Advanced Therapies of Catalonia to Biocat as a strategic agent to guarantee the success of this project.
