Barcelona to host first IoT Solutions World Congress

From 16 to 18 September 2015, Barcelona will host the IoT Solutions World Congress, the first event to focus on the Internet of Things as a solution for companies, business and the market in general.
The most noteworthy global experts and companies will meet in the Catalan capital to offer the latest in IoT industry applications and to debate how this technology can transform the global economy over the coming years.
The event, organized by Fira de Barcelona and the Industrial Internet Consortium with collaboration from Biocat, will welcome approximately 4,000 participants, 2,000 delegates and more than 80 international speakers, with many different activities and networking opportunities. Participants will be able to try the testbeds, experimental platforms rolled out and tested in an environment that simulates real conditions with demonstrations of possible uses of new technology in the market.
There will also be a space for innovation (Innovation Marketplace), where big brands and specialized investors can find entrepreneurs, new ideas and the best innovative IoT solutions.
The Talent Marketplace will bring together world leaders from technology companies and top specialists in the Internet of Things.
Plus, on the evening of second day of the congress, 17 September, there will be a Networking Gala, providing a great opportunity to meet leaders of industry and technology and make contact and forge alliances.
