Neil Mellor, director of new Trifermed offices in Montreal and Toronto
The Catalan consultancy firm already has a subsidiary in London and will soon open another in Frankfurt
Trifermed, a Catalan consultancy firm specializing in business development, is boosting its international expansion with new offices in Montreal and Toronto. Neil Mellor, an executive from the pharmaceutical sector with more than 25 years of experience, will be the new director of Trifermed in Canada.
Mellor has extensive experience in sales, marketing and business development. After having worked in Europe and Canada, Mellor is now taking over management of these subsidiaries of the Catalan company in order to boost its international expansion.
Trifermed, founded in 2002 and based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, is a consultancy firm specializing in the entire business-development process. They provide guidance on issues like launching products or services, seeking out value added, market studies, legal support and business strategies.
In 2011, Trifermed provided advisory services for a Canadian company, Pevtec microbia, during their $4 million round of funding. They currently have a subsidiary in London and will soon open another in Frankfurt.
