Mireia is a Project Manager focused on creating connections, fostering partnerships and building bridges between innovation regions across Europe to contribute to the international positioning of Catalonia’s life sciences and healthcare ecosystem from Biocat’s Global Strategies and Alliances area.
With a background in Human and Health Sciences, she holds a Master’s in Migration Studies and a Master’s in International Health and Cooperation. She has experience managing regional, national and European projects in the fields of rare diseases, international cooperation and participatory science. Passionate about health and innovation, she enjoys working in collaborative and multicultural environments.
Outside work, she has been involved in rowing for almost 20 years and is currently coordinator of a sea rowing club in Barcelona. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoys sport and shared challenges.
