4YFN, held as part of the Mobile World Congress Barcelona, will return from March 2 to 5, 2026, to showcase Barcelona and Catalonia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem on the global stage.

Over the course of the four-day event, the most cutting-edge startups in strategic areas such as connectivity, digital health, fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, and more will be featured. The event will also host conferences, debates, roundtables with opinion leaders and startups, as well as networking activities. It is, therefore, a key event for connecting with investors and entrepreneurs from around the world.

In the 2025 edition, nearly 85 startups, projects, and organizations from the health sector had a presence at 4YFN — a record number that represents a 20% increase compared to the previous year. This highlights the growing importance of the health sector, which has become one of the most prominent areas of the congress.

Biocat, together with the Department of Health, ACCIÓ, and the Barcelona City Council, is coordinating, for the fifth consecutive year, the Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem Pavilion — a dedicated space where companies from the BioRegion will have the opportunity to gain visibility with their own stand at 4YFN, present their solutions, and network.
