Call now open for second edition of Manuel Arroyo Awards in Life Sciences Entrepreneurship

This is the second year this award has been granted by the INKEMIA IUCT GROUP and Escola Sant Gervasi, aiming to provide a financial incentive for business projects in the life sciences arena. The award recognizes projects that help create or develop a science-based business initiative located in Catalonia.
The fields on which this award focuses are: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, biology, biomedicine, functional foods, pharmaceutical fine chemicals and green chemistry. Both individuals and legal entities may participate, but participating companies must have been created within the past five years.
The award comes with a €3,000 cash prize plus training valued at €6,000 and other advantages. The deadline to submit projects is 15 January 2016. The finalists will be announced on 31 January and the winners, in late February.
