Seventh edition of Health 2.0 Europe returns to Barcelona

From 10 to 12 May, more than 600 health-innovation professionals will meet at the Auditori AXA Convention Center

After the success of last year’s event, the seventh edition of Health 2.0 Europe will once again be held in Barcelona. It will be three full days of conferences, debates and interactive workshops looking at the latest international innovations in digital health and exploring areas like patient-provider communication, consumer health and data analysis.
Health 2.0 Europe strives to be the ideal European showcase to explore and examine new collaborations in ICT for health in Europe. More than 600 professionals from the international health innovation community are expected to take part in the event. Entrepreneurs, investors, executives, pharmaceutical companies, insurance firms, doctors and even patients: there’s something for everyone at the conference.
For now, the preliminary agenda has already confirmed professionals from the global digital health arena, including Jani Ahonala of Noona Healthcare, Jordina Arcal of HealthApp, Dustin DiTommaso of Mad*Pow, Jörg Land of Tinnitracks and Pablo Pantaleoni of MedTep, among many others.
New this year, the format of EC2VC will be different, with a combination of companies in the very early stage and others further along in the process presenting their projects to a panel of investors. Some of the confirmed jury members include: Katrin Geyskens of Capricorn Venture Partners (Belgium), Min-Sung Sean Kim of XL Health (Germany) and Josep Lluís Sanfeliu of Ysios (Spain), among others.
Biocat will be a strategic partner for the event and members of the BioRegion will get a 15% discount using the code BIO16 at the moment of the online registration.
