4YFN is an innovation and entrepreneurship event in the technology sector that takes place during the Mobile World Congress (MWC), providing a platform to connect companies, investors, and leading organizations. Biocat, together with the Department of Health, ACCIÓ, and the Barcelona City Council, supports sixteen health sector startups to showcase their solutions at the Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem Pavilion.

The 4YFN, within the framework of the Mobile World Congress Barcelona, will return from March 2 to 5, 2026, to position the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Barcelona and Catalonia on the global map.
During the 4 days of the congress, the most cutting-edge startups in strategic areas such as connectivity, digital health, fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, among others, will be showcased. Conferences, debates, round tables with thought leaders and startups, as well as networking activities, will also take place. It is, therefore, the must-attend event to connect with investors and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
In the 2025 edition, nearly 85 startups, projects, and entities from the health sector had a space at 4YFN, a record number that represents a 20% increase compared to the previous year. In this way, the health sector consolidates itself as one of the most representative sectors of the congress.
The pavilion is led by Biocat and the TIC Salut i Social Foundation, with the support of the Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council, ACCIÓ, AQuAS, CatSalut, the Catalan Institute of Health (ICS), the Catalan Union of Hospitals (UCH), the Catalan Health and Social Care Consortium (CSC), ACES, ACRA, and the Board of Third Social Sector Organizations of Catalonia (M4Social).
