4YFN, within the framework of the Mobile World Congress, was held from March 2 to 5, 2026, with the aim of placing the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Barcelona and Catalonia on the global map of innovation.

During the four days of the congress, leading startups in strategic areas such as connectivity, digital health, fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and IoT, among others, were showcased. The program also included conferences, debates, and roundtables with thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts, as well as various networking activities to foster new collaborations.

In this edition, 4YFN brought together more than 1,000 startups and exhibitors and over 300 speakers, offering 110 hours of content and more than 260 startup pitches throughout the congress.

The pavilion was led by Biocat and the TIC Salut i Social Foundation, with the support of the Government of Catalonia, the Barcelona City Council, ACCIÓ, the Agency for Health Quality and Assessment of Catalonia (AQuAS), the Catalan Health Service (CatSalut), the Catalan Institute of Health (ICS), the Catalan Union of Hospitals (UCH), the Health and Social Consortium of Catalonia (CSC), the Catalan Association of Health Entities (ACES), ACRA, and the Third Social Sector Platform of Catalonia (M4Social).
