Applications are open to join the Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem Pavilion at 4YFN 2027
Catalan health startups can apply through October 18 for their own space in the pavilion and the chance to connect with investors, corporations, and international stakeholders.

4YFN, one of the leading international events for entrepreneurship and innovation, will return to Barcelona March 1–4, 2027, as part of MWC Barcelona.
Biocat and the Fundació TIC Salut Social, in collaboration with ACCIÓ and other key organizations in Catalonia’s healthcare system, will coordinate a new edition of the Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem Pavilion. Located in Hall 8.0, the pavilion will bring together 16 Catalan startups developing innovative healthcare solutions.
Selected companies will have an exhibition booth for two days—either March 1–2 or March 3–4, with time slots assigned by lottery—to showcase their solutions to a global audience and connect with investors, corporations, and other members of the ecosystem. Each startup will have its own space, equipped with a counter, two stools, power outlets, Wi-Fi, and custom graphics. The participation fee is €157.86 plus VAT per company.
Participation also includes several passes to 4YFN for all four days of the event and to MWC for the final two days, as well as visibility in the virtual catalogs and on the 4YFN and MWC websites.
