Showcase your startup at the Catalonia Health Pavilion at 4YFN 2026 and connect with investors, corporations, and the international innovation ecosystem.
4YFN 2026, the leading startup event held within the framework of MWC Barcelona, is once again a must-attend for emerging companies in the health sector. From March 2 to 5, 2026, Biocat, the Department of Health, ACCIÓ, and the Barcelona City Council will coordinate the Catalonia Health Innovation Pavilion — a dedicated space located in Hall 8.0 that will bring together the most innovative solutions from Catalonia’s BioRegion.
Selected startups will have an exhibition booth for two days (either March 2–3 or March 4–5, assigned by lottery) to showcase their projects to an international audience and create high-value connections with investors, corporations, and other key players in the sector. In addition, they will gain access to the 4YFN event for all four days and to MWC for the final two days, as well as visibility on the digital platforms of both 4YFN and MWC.
The pavilion space will be fully equipped with a counter, stools, Wi-Fi connection, power outlets, and personalized graphics, and will allow companies to share the area with other leading projects from the BioRegion. In total, a dozen digital health startups will be featured in this specialized area.
Companies wishing to participate must meet the established criteria: be startups less than 10 years old, have a company tax ID (CIF), a minimum of three full-time team members, be based in Catalonia, and have a strong technological or innovative component. Startups offering only consultancy services, developing software for third parties, or without significant activity will not be eligible.
Priority will be given to startups working on new therapeutic strategies in personalized and precision medicine, technology for prevention and diagnosis (such as predictive solutions, telehealth, or digital diagnostics), and innovations for integrated social and healthcare services.
How to participate
- By October 14, 2025 (inclusive): Complete the application form available on ACCIÓ’s website and attach a presentation (maximum 10 slides, 5 MB) in Catalan, Spanish, or English, covering the product or service, business model, funding plan, and team.
- By November 30, 2025: Selected startups will be contacted.
- Before the end of 2025: Space reservation must be finalized.
- Participation fee: €260.14 + VAT per company.
