Biocat and Alira Health are promoting the market access support program for startups in the BioRegion of Catalonia for the third consecutive year, now under the name “Market Access Support Program 2025”. In this edition, 10 applications were submitted, from which three leading projects were selected.
This program offers a package of 40 hours of specialized mentoring by an expert team, with the aim of assessing the maturity of the product and designing a roadmap for access to European markets, mainly France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and Spain.
The companies selected for the 2025 edition are:
- Foresee: Biomedical research project dedicated to the development of an implantable microsensor platform for remote monitoring of patients with heart failure. The objective is to optimize the medical management and treatment of this pathology through an innovative intravascular device, improving the quality of life of patients and contributing to reducing mortality.
- Reveal Genomics: Biomedical spin-off specializing in the development of genomic tests for precision oncology, which integrates clinical and genomic data and uses artificial intelligence to optimize therapeutic decision-making, especially in HER2+ breast cancer.
- tensormedical: Technology company that develops automated tools based on artificial intelligence to improve the clinical management of patients with multiple sclerosis, facilitating the analysis of medical images and the prediction of the evolution of the disease to optimize therapeutic decisions.
After the success of the 2023 and 2024 editions, the program reaffirms its commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation in the BioRegion of Catalonia, helping companies define a solid market access strategy adapted to the needs of the health sector.
