This program is aligned with the strategy of the Generalitat to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the recovery of democratic rights and freedoms, connecting the scientific and democratic progress of Catalonia and its current leadership in health research and innovation.
The meeting will provide a historical and forward-looking perspective and will contribute to:
- Bridging generations and thus highlighting the qualitative and quantitative progress of health research in Catalonia;
- Showcasing the international relevance Catalonia has achieved over the past 50 years: an ecosystem positioned as both a refuge and a driver of scientific innovation;
- Fostering social and political debate by placing science as a cornerstone of freedom and an advanced society.
