Barcelona hosted the second edition of Barcelona Health Innovation Week, with a full agenda of activities, debates and events organized by organizations from the BioRegion.

Biocat officially launched the Healthcare System Access Program (PASS) with the goal of facilitating and streamlining the entry of innovative solutions into the Catalan healthcare system.

Biocat presented the Advanced Therapies Network of Catalonia, which already has 45 member companies and organizations from the Catalan ecosystem.

Six teams participated in the seventh edition of CRAASH Barcelona, which aims to accelerate healthcare innovations and guide them towards commercialization and clinical practice.

2nd edition: Six multidisciplinary teams, each with three or four professionals from different backgrounds (business, design, clinical practice and engineering), participated in a new edition of the program.

This event focused on securing funding and access to acceleration programs, as well as introducing updates and opportunities for technology transfer in healthcare.

Biocat led Catalan participation in the European PRECISEU project, which focuses on personalized medicine, coordinating the BioRegion’s presence in European forums.

Significant participation in major global events like 4YFN, BIO International Convention, RESI Europe, Tech Spirit Barcelona, TIRS Belgium Edition and Advanced Therapies Europe.
