BIOSPAIN 2023
BIOSPAIN 2023, the international biotechnology congress organized by ASEBIO, will be held at the Fira de Barcelona fairgrounds from September 26 to 28, 2023.
In May 2022, Barcelona was announced as the host of BIOSPAIN 2023, one of the most important international events in biotechnology in southern Europe. The collaboration among Biocat, the Government of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council was key in attracting the upcoming edition of the event to the Catalan capital.
Catalonia leads international rankings in number of startups, scientific publications and clinical trials, making it an ecosystem that is highly competitive both nationally and internationally
BIOSPAIN is one of the top congresses in Europe in biotechnology, bringing together over 850 innovative organizations in health, sustainable agrifood and climate change solutions. Roughly 1,500 professionals from 30 countries attend this event, with over 200 exhibitors and more than 50 investors. The main goal of BIOSPAIN is to drive innovation, investment, collaboration and new business opportunities.
