10th edition of d·HEALTH Barcelona

The 10th edition of d·HEALTH Barcelona featured significant innovations in both the hospital and academic spheres. The program included six collaborating hospitals: Bellvitge University Hospital, Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Dr. Josep Trueta University Hospital, Hospital Clinic Barcelona and Hospital del Mar. 

The 2025 clinical immersion areas included diverse fields like neurology, thoracic surgery, pulmonology, autism spectrum disorders, oral and maxillofacial surgery and sleep disorders. This diversity allowed the teams to work on very different clinical challenges and detect unmet needs through direct observation of working hospital services, interaction with healthcare professionals and contact with patients.

In the academic sphere, the 2025 edition bolstered content related to artificial intelligence applied to healthcare, sustainable entrepreneurship and the projects’ social impact. Eurecat also intensified its role as a technological collaborator, contributing expert knowledge in technological validation and prototype development. The program also featured an international team of experts and mentors from institutions like MIT Catalyst, Stanford Biodesign, Analog Devices, EATRIS and Eurecat, among others.

d·HEALTH Barcelona began on September 22, 2025 and will end on June 3, 2026, with a Graduation Day at Cuatrecasas.
