Development of the advanced therapies hub
Advanced therapies have become one of the areas with the greatest transformative potential for health, and Catalonia has the scientific, clinical, industrial and entrepreneurial capabilities needed to position itself as a benchmark in this field.
Throughout 2025, this potential was reinforced through initiatives aimed at boosting the Catalan ecosystem, attracting opportunities and strengthening international alliances. From the strategic deployment of ATMP Catalonia to participation in European projects, institutional missions and international forums for debate, Biocat helped consolidate the foundations of a leading hub in advanced therapies and personalised medicine.
